CSX Train Location Updates - October 2017

To comment on a few asked questions in previous threads, as well previous posted information, heard the RN talking to what sounded like Q335, not Q385 at Plymouth after 19:00 last night which may have been the train causing traffic problems, By Howell at midnight with CSX 5223 leading, 559+4037 and KCS 3926 trailing in super clean paint. Either brand new or re-painted in their sharp yellow red scheme. Having 159 cars, but no intermodal, I too was wondering where this train and Q384 would fit until seeing 384 left cars behind in order to do so.

Q384 was east by Howell at 04:00, with CSX 5417+361+5262 with 145 cars. Still wondering where they met the midnight westbound. Trailing unit, 3262, was the unit posted yesterday that the poster missed the last two digits of the 3200 series unit on Q326. This also explained why only one car of intermodal on 384. That would have been Q335 perhaps, (or Q385) not Q384 that was seen at Williamston prior to 01:00.

Clear on a pair Grand Junction. RN got a hold of them to let them know they are getting help up the hill from D803. 803 will stay on until Hudsonville when a yard crew is coming to grab 326. Supposedly is another loaded coal coming but 803 was informed they are not on her lights yet at porter. BNSF 9087 is leader for D803.

Empties will die in New Buffalo, not enough time to get to the Barr or Belt. BNSF 6403 lead.
