Light engines were 311+7665 from G01316 who spotted an empty grain at Webberville. 7665 was dead it tow with bad traction motors. Q385 behind it had CSX 983+5496+6394 with 169 cars. Had not seen 6394 since 5-16-05.

Csx 6394 was on D700 today. Former RF & P I believe. A rare bird.

West bound through lake Odessa currently. csx 311 and 7655 leading a manifest. Goin slow through town. Not sure if due to tonnage up the hill or going into the hole.

D708-17 is working what sounded like "Rytec". Sounds like they're going to be directed into the hole in Howell after they're finished.

Jetlink, listening in now, it's D90717 going west, with Q38515 right behind it. D90717 has an approach limited at Thornapple, thinking Y106 is ahead of them at Fox.

2nd unit was 3424. 3324 is currently in Waycross. Not many cars on this one compared to most.

D708 at Howell

D708 left Howell about the time you posted this, but GLC pulled in right behind them after they left, to pick up the 52 cars left for them in the Howell passing siding a few hours ago when D708 went east. GLC is setting off 12 cars for CSX in the Howell pass and will go east out of the siding to get back onto to their own line. GLC 397+390+399 was the power. Q384 just going by Grand Ledge at 20:28.

Earlier today I just missed the D907 westbound at Alto but caught Q385 shortly behind it near at WE Elmdale. Don't bother looking for fall colors in that neighborhood, there's none to be found...

Now, at 2040hrs, what I assume is D708 WB is rolling thru downtown Lansing.
