IIRC, 322 is also westbound despite the even number symbol.
- Any idea when they might be coming through Milwaukee Jct?
- 322 is a train that is detouring from its normal Canadian route, right?

CN 8821 leading CN 5642 and CN 2315 southbound on the Clem at the Junction making the turn north onto the Holly. Very long mixed freight with a ton of boxcars. Not sure which of the two trains this is.

Pretty cool to see something besides 533 turning north.

Yes, I believe that's the case.

Judging from ATCS, looks like L503 just turned from the Shoreline on to the Holly. And a SB is on the Clem at Nolan right now with a NB waiting for it to pass. I don't know if this SB will be the other detour train, or 533, or something else. Busy day at the junction, too bad I'm stuck in the office :(

322 and 323 are fairly new Flint Sub trains with 322 being westbound and 323 being eastbound.

One of those reroutes may be going NB past MP 22.5 on the Holly right now. No autoracks like 503/451 has in the train and a lot of loads we don't always see on the Holly. Three units. A crew member was riding in the second unit for some reason. Running up Main 2 and Amtrak 350 passed it also going north probably around Birmingham in Main 1. Very long train.

Another train went NB past MP 22.5 at 4:15 pm. May have been a short 503/451 or that second reroute.

323 with CN 5667, an SD60, and an SD70M-2 through Lapeer at 7:34 PM.

Train 116 with two NS units SB passing MP 22.5 on the Holly at 6:47 am.

What I presume is the same two NS units are powering 503/451 which is NB passing MP 22.5 right now at 3:29 pm.

CN R90861-29 is working CN Lang Yard in Toledo, OH with a duo of BCOL cowl units. This R90861-29 builds M39161-29.

For later on, M39161-29 should have:
BCOL C40-8M #4617
BCOL C40-8M #4609

A NB on Main 2 of the Holly went past MP 22.5 at around 2 pm with a GE followed by a 5600. Different numbers than what was reported earlier going by on 503 through Detroit so maybe another reroute. Long train with some autoracks on the rear only. There had been restricted speeds on both mainline track behind my house for a few weeks but the trains are running at speed again starting yesterday. Track crews from Holland Co. were cutting out sections of welded rail all this week on both mains out back and are gone now so that must have been the reason. And Main 2 is getting much much more use these past two weeks than for a couple years.

Manistique,

I miss your comprehensive daily reports! Do you know if Q119 trains still go north from Moterm from time to time? On ATCS, I saw a train leave Moterm yesterday evening and go north, eventually showing up at Durand and turning west. Wondered if it might be a Q119.

Don't know what train you saw at 2 PM today. The L503 was already on the Holly Sub by about 12:30 PM, so it wasn't that. ATCS was showing a SB at Nolan at 12:30. If this train was a re-route and turned north at the junction, it could have been what you saw. I was at lunch so I don't know for sure.

Saw this train in Pontiac and Waterford. Looked like possibly 397 to me.

385, CN 2659, is clear of the east track at Milwaukee Jct. & heading south on the Shoreline.

That 385 will be meeting a train coming north from Toledo (the 391 mentioned above?) between Ecorse and Coolidge shortly.
