An engine number or a car number goes a long way to figure out what train it would have been.

As far as I know they don't run daily freights from the Detroit area to GR. Not since 2010. Do you mean the daily freights to Flint? They got a few going between Detroit and Ohio as well, so there are quite a few trains to pick from.

As far as I know they don't run daily freights from the Detroit area to GR. Not since 2010. Do you mean the daily freights to Flint? They got a few going between Detroit and Ohio as well, so there are quite a few trains to pick from.

Is there a long one that just goes to Chicago passing through GR heading west? Or could the "Long" train I'm thinking of between Toledo and Chicago (passing between Plymouth and Grand Rapids)?
I am not thinking of the train to Flint! However, it was great to see this "Long" of a train....almost my "Longest!!!!"

Just had a one unit wonder grain empty by Howell going to Webberville on this, last day of he month. Only the third road train this month here at Howell on the Plymouth Sub. Grain loads coming back from the empties with the same power don't count, Extra's from Flint with D708s power don't count, and D708 never counts unless they have different power which only occurred four times in June. Have now seen a whopping 14 locomotives here in June and have not missed a train.

SB clearing 7 Mile Rd., guessing it is D736. Scanner was garbled.

UPDATE: it is 736. Turning east at Plymouth.

P370 just went through Wyoming with 2 P42s, one of the new baggage cars and 3 Supers.
