18 to 6 is a strong majority. I think out loathful 6 probably just need to suck it up.

One could even go so far as to say that if you need AYE votes to change it, really your break down i s 13-11 because the abstaining votes wouldn't necessarily be in your favor. So congratulations MR Trump you don't necessarily have the electoral mandate you think
