Gonna be nice to finally get some heads ups on D702 from the other side of Plymouth... I will do the same for D701 when possible.

Northbound empty grain train CSX V765 will be coming up this evening from Toledo. On duty 4:30ish PM in Toledo.

Field report says d90228 cleared north end Wixom around 3:20pm. Some grain train from flint came down before d902 could go north.
We just need one of the many Plymouth area railfans to get an online scanner setup so us westsiders can hear what's coming further ahead of time :)

Or someone reporting from Flint. There are some good photo ops on that line between Flint and Plymouth. I've taken a lot of "test" shots, but never had a train in any of them.

CSX SAGINAW-DETROIT ATCS files work north of Plymouth to North end Wixom, track for SBs gets lined anywhere from 1-3 hours before the train actually comes so it provides plenty of warning. There is also a defect detector near Buno Road at CC67.9 in Wixom I can give info from...

I am planning on a house setup, can't guarantee you it's gonna be some remarkable 50 mile radius range like some of the feeds near GR but from my location in Novi, I could get a J pole pretty high up and run some coax down to a mobile base.

NB grain train clearing 9 Mile Rd. Caught it at 7 Mile Rd but missed the engine #s. 2 CSX units + 92 cars. Scanner was garbled; lead engine sounded like 45- something, maybe 4544.
Probably the V765 referred to by Tier4GEVO.

Q327 had 748 and 5350 running elephant style. Odd thing about this
land barge, only five boxcars.

N800-28 is currently going through St. Joseph. Sounds like BNSF 5844 leading.

Quality326 has an Approach at Hilltop at 6:52 ET. 802 axles, 11,120 feet at 91.9 DD.

I see why he's trying to get ahold of the bridge... doesn't want to stop that landbarge!

That N800 has BNSF 5844 lead.

P371-29 clear indication at CG 28 westbound at 06:57. AMTK 90229 leading.

Looks like Q326 is stopping at Riverside for P371. Provided Amtrak is on time, Q326 should leave Riverside shortly after 8am.

Sounds like they won't be able to shove this train up the hill... So they have to cut it. Leaving 1/2 of it at Wells. Probably will stay there at Wells until after the Amtrak test train passes through... Or whenever they feel like taking it to GR.

Sounds like N800 is around Wells waiting for pushers.

E801-28 with BNSF 9016 lead west is getting the EC1 to head west from West Olive at 07:40.
