RR-32, NS 5009 was by the Holdout at 8pm with 5 Covered Hoppers from Guardian and about a dozen Hicubes from Ford Brownstown.

RR 40 (local) headed to Lincoln yard/Marathon - clear of "YD".

LV-35, CSX 4401 at CP Lou with a long cut of covered hoppers for Detroit Salt, 3 tankers for the Coker and the Shove Flatcar on the rear.

Word is Conrail derailed some autoracks at Sterling today. Visible from 17 Mile Rd.

Very visible from 17 Mile road, although I saw a couple boxcars sitting at funny angles, not autoracks. Looks like they had an issue with a switch. And did it in front of the yard office...ConrailDetroit wrote:Word is Conrail derailed some autoracks at Sterling today. Visible from 17 Mile Rd.

There appears to be 3 Hicubes on the ground at Sterling. The NS 5011 is sitting under 17 Mile Rd at the front of the consist.
