Q151 has 4040 and 4031 leading today and is going around the wye in Fostoria heading to North Baltimore right now (3:11pm). Seems like CSX is using the two pairs of engines for Q150 and Q151.

Thanks for pointing that out, I seem to have messed up on the lead units numbers. I'm not sure what it is now though as I didn't get a screenshot of the Q151. Hopefully I got the trailing one right.Tier4GEVO wrote:CSX Q150-04 cleared Superior Road in Taylor, MI at 4:12 PM.atrainguy60 wrote:Q151 has 4040 and 4031 leading today and is going around the wye in Fostoria heading to North Baltimore right now (3:11pm). Waiting on Amtak, in Hudsonville. #370. Someone has called "... tboned...all over the front of me.". Any idea what or who that was?
Been chasing him since Chesterton, IN. Amtrak says he is late, 11:50pm. Cleared Bangor 10:25, Grand Junction 10:35. DD 376ft.

Never been to Chesterton, IN before. Three Class 1 lines converge there, although CSX does not appear to cross over the other lines. I believe the lines are NS/NSX (saw a couple), CSX, plus Amtrak that runs on CSX right of way, and CN. Did not see any CN trains or Amtrak on CN. You like signal blocks, there are plenty. If I need a very active train-day, that would be a place I would go again.

NS, CP (trackage rights on NS), CSX, and Amtrak are the ones who go by Chesterton on a daily basis. As far as I know, there are no true CN trains that go through Chesterton. I do know CN power is common on NS trains though. They probably are just left on the trains when CN interchanges them with NS in Chicago.train91 wrote:Never been to Chesterton, IN before.
