Train 515 with 3129 again SB past MP 22.5 at 11:15 am.

Train 391 past MP 22.5 NB on Holly at 7:25 pm.

At 8 pm a second NB went flying past MP 22.5. Not a local. So not sure which train was 391 and what the other one was.

Last night there was a third NB freight that went by MP 22.5 on the Holly. That one was around 9:30 pm. So two NB extras or reroutes on the Holly last night for some reason.

I'm sitting at the Pontiac Amtrak station lot, and there is a lone engine #34 idling away. Heard 2 trains go by while I was at the M1 Concourse about 9 am. Might swing through Durand though I suppose dead during day? Then up through Owosso and to 127 up to Clare hoping to catch GLC on my way back to Traverse. Waiting a bit longer to see if anything goes through here in Pontiac. Is this the line through Holly and Durand?

Amtrak 353 should be the next train when it leaves at 10.30. 515, the local, will follow.

No Amtrak yet but CN train passing southbound at Pontiac depot with #3129 leading a box car and 11 loaded center beam cars. Stopped at depot now. Amtrak train arriving now too.

Amtrak then Train 515 (with 3129) went slowly SB past MP 22.5 starting around 11 am this morning. Must be a slow order for something around here.

There were crews working on track with front end loaded south of the Pontiac depot. Now in Durand- all quiet. Couple railfanning here braving the cold wind. Anyone know if any trains due soon here?

What I presume was Train 451 went past MP 22.5 at 12:25 pm. I was out walking and heard it from afar. Main 2 on the Holly appears to have not been used since the snow the other day.

It usually picks up mid afternoon, and traffic remains steady until 5 to 6. I'm not sure if you already saw it, but there is an ATCS monitor on one of the windows, and a second monitor is up inside the station in the gift shop.

Thanks for three tip- will go look at the monitor. GLC hirail in Durand next to a Huron and Eastern hirail- the HESR crew cleaning switch between yard and depot.

Train 950 with 6223 NB past MP 22.5 at 2:52 pm with one tank car returning to Pontiac.

533 CN 2174 south on the Clem approaching the Junction.

Around 3:25 pm a SB Train 280 like train (all autoracks) went past MP 22.5 on the Holly with two CN locomotives.

At 4:55 Train 515 flew NB past MP 22.5 Holly on its way back to Pontiac with 3129.

And at 9:40 Train 502 went flying by SB past MP 22.5. MP 22.5 Out.

391, CN 2868 is at Chapman. 124 axles.

Caught 502 at Airport Rd at 4:50 PM the trailing unit was CN 2679 I missed the lead unit number.

451 had 2256 and 5754. Saw them at Clay Avenue.
