502 clear of detector MP 34.2 southbound at 6:10PM. CN 2515 Leading.

They have a set off of 12, pick up of 2. After they are done with the work back to the train and tie it down, as 391 is going to be awhile. (Per south yard 391 has not made it on to the shared assets yet)

502 is good to depart Pontiac southbound, at 8:15 PM

CN 2515 leading.
CN 2152 trailing.
15 loads, 31 empty.
4026 feet long.

I have not confirmed this yet, but I am believing that 391 is at Pontiac. (I am going solely on what south yard told the inbound crew on 502)

OK, I went to the MTM station, Mt. Clemens! The "New Signal Masts" are installed (2 on each side of tracks) south of Hubbard and north of Church Street! All the Signal Masts I saw today are turned "Inward!" Well, soon the Mt. Clemens Sub. will be "Signaled!!!!" :D :D Southbound train 533 came at 2:34 p.m. It had CN SD70M-2 #8920 and 12 loaded "Well Car" sets!!!!

502 cleared the detector MP 34.2 southbound at 8:12 PM, 380 axels.

Edit to add:
CN 5415 leading. Says to take train down to Johnson Ave. and turn over train to the replacement crew. Don't know if any work at Pontiac for 502, but did not sound like it.

502 an 391 are both good to depart Pontiac. "at 9:45 PM" (Forgot to add the time)

502 has CN 5415 leading and IC 1026 Trailing. If I heard it correctly they have 80 Loads, No empties.

I was not able to hear the crew for 391, so no numbers.

Edit to add:

I caught 391 at Williams Lake Rd. at 10:12 PM

CN 2152 Leading & CN 2515 trailing.

One of you "sources" also got a couple badass shots of 5936 while he was working Autoport and Cory in gorgeous evening sun. :P

Only pictures of a BNSF 4213 show a short nosed engine still in blue and yellow Santa Fe paint. Is that the one you saw, or is it a newer, more typical, engine that just isn't coming up in Google Images?

BNSF 4213 was at one time the number assigned to a former Santa Fe B23-7. That engine has long since been retired. BNSF 4213 is a newer GE ES44C4 now.

Ahh, ok, thanks for the explanation. Makes more sense, although it would have been great to have an old Santa Fe B23-7 come up the line.
