They were CSXT hoppers if that helps. Saw in Alma. Also the CP flat looked to be a spacer car due to long poles on the adjacent flat car. Wonder if spacer cars go along "for the ride" free or are they also billable by the mile?

Heard on news that a "snowplow train" derailed in downtown Fife Lake yesterday. Nothing else.

What from a distance I thought were tie hoppers are actually wood chip hoppers. They are loading wood chips in McBain on the Viking Energy spur. The two hoppers are currently spotted on the spur.

Holy fast turn time!!! Great Lakes Central south through mount pleasant at 12:30pm! They must have exchanged trains with the Cadillac crew in Rosebush, because that was only a 45 minute turn
