Went into emergency while moving from CSX to NS at CP 482...

Amtrak P370-17 now moving onto the CSX at 20:39 EST, has to go restricting speed from 136.6 to 134ish due to previous train (Q327) in emergency.
20 axles, 370 feet at 131.3 DD at 20:54 EST.

Amtrak P370-17 just went over the 91.9 DD... And got nothing. Brought the train to a stop just before the Hilltop signal. Walking the train. 2nd time they have had to stop due to 91.9 having issues this week.
Back on the move at 21:42 EST, clear indication at Hilltop.

N80017 just got onto the CSX at CP 482 at 21:30 EST. 532 axles @ 131.3 DD.
N800-17 with BNSF 6778? leading east has a clear indication at Hilltop at 22:58 EST. Nothing from Vine 91.9 DD. They had an EC1, so don't have to stop and walk train.
