Only 2 CN trains heading into Durand, one on Main 1 at Bancroft, EB and the other at E Durand, WB.

Train 515 by MP 22.5 Holly SB at 11 am with 4925.

2 pm Update: Train 451 with cowl unit 2403 followed by a newer GE followed by 3133 that looked like an SD40 NB past MP 22.5 Holly. Lot of flat cars or empty doublestack cars on the train in the middle.

Train 950 is on its way back to Pontiac with seven cars passing MP 22.5 at 3:45.

451 came north into Durand at 4:48pm. The third unit was IC(repaint) 3133. 502 is in the yard in Durand now with CN 3108, CN 2878, and IC (repaint) 3129.

Where exactly is "YD"? I'm clueless on most MP south of the Juntion, but have seen it mentioned a few times now.

Pleasant St, River Rouge on Conrail ls Detroit Line. North end of River Rouge Yard where the Junction Runner connects to the Detroit Line.

Amtrak 353 drifted by, looking like it was on Main 2 instead of Main 1, at 10:45 am at MP 22.5. Right behind it was Train 950 with 6223 and seven or eight cars, also going slow. I think they are doing track work around MP 21.5 on Main 1 this week so the reason for the slow speeds and wrong Main track.

Train 515 just went south with 4925 and 27 cars (very long train for it) at 11:50 am MP 22.5.

1:30 pm update: Train 451 with 5613 and BC 4609 dragging a very long train up the hill at MP 22.5 on the Holly.

I caught 451 at Airport Rd 3:33 PM CN 5613 & BCOL 4609.

59 loads 30 something loads. (I missed last digit of empty car count.)
7795 feet long.

I caught 391 at Williams Lake tonight at 9:42 PM. CN 2878 & CN 3008.

13 Loads by 40 empty.

I caught a southbound don't know train number (maybe a very late 502?) CN 2534 CN ???? (Could not make out in the dark) I caught this at 11:00 PM

This same train is good to head south from Pontiac 11:57 PM

116 rolled by me at Airport Rd. 12:21 AM CN 2039 & CN 2026???

950 6223 SB by MP 22.5 Holly at 9 am with three cars.

515 by at 11 am with 4925.

451 by at 11:40 with 2437 and 2534. Second time a cowl unit leading in two days.

950 headed back to Pontiac at MP 22,5 at 2:12 with 37, count them, 37 cars. The geep was really sounding good in notch 8 and was doing about 30 mph.

515 headed back to Pontiac at MP 22.5 at 4 pm with 18 cars on Main 2 (I think Main 1 is out of service up here again today) following a late Amtrak 350 into Pontiac.

GP38-2 4923 northbound on the Holly Sub with long string of mostly chemical tank cars and plastic pellet covered hoppers. Also, a handful of 50' hi-cube box cars and empty frame flat cars (where did these come from?). Should be in Pontiac Yard about now.

Caught 502 a Hatchery Rd 5:33 PM. CN 3046 & CN 3072.

Amtrak train 355 at Woodward is reporting a pedestrian strike (There words) per the report from the train this occurred about 5:45 PM. I don't know status of the pedestrian.

Edit to add:

Amtrak 355 (Engine 38) has been cleared to depart south from where the sit, new crew on board. I heard this about 7:10 PM.

Sounds like CN will be able to run trains through the area again shortly.

Amtrak 353 very slowly rolling past my house at 7:33 pm after its delay at Woodward in Pontiac.

Train 391 rolling by MP 22.5 NB on Holly at a good clip.

CN 5346 (SD40-2W) is the Cory Yard switcher, currently idoling in Millet Yard.
