I heard the Ann Arbor in Saline to take boxcars down to Milan, but I couldn't stay around to find out.

I believe 301 is the Bay City local.

From what I understand 302 is Pinconning to BC, 301 is BC to Pinconning. Or whatever LSRC uses for the symbol. Paul, I believe the 3826 is the one that is now the 2025, per the HESR Fan site.

Ok, so 301/302 meets the Grayling south local (whatever their symbol is) on the days they come south (perhaps twice a week).

Is 301 the train that goes to Grayling?
Based on what I know, 302/301 is the BC Pinconning Turn, 303/304 is Pinconning Grayling Turn. Traffic from Bay City North Yard goes out on 301 to Pinconning, where it is divided up between the Mackinac Sub and Huron Sub, 304 would come down from Grayling interchange its traffic with what was brought up on 301 then head back north as 303. Kind of like 702/701, the even-odd numbers denote direction.

It's a very pleasant surprise to catch them at an odd time. I have seen them there a few times. It would be interesting to know why they are there that early/late.
