No change at the GRE this morning except the crew is goingt on duty.

D700 west at Hudsonville at 0823. Sounded like CSX 5354 leading but it might be 6354.

Edit: Stops at Hartford, Coloma, New Buffalo to run around, Sawyer and Livingston. The RN told them they will need to meet an N956 somewhere this morning.

I'm standing outside shooting a house near Drenthe (64th and Adams) and I hear what appears to be a coal train heading east. It should be near Jenison in a few minutes.

E945's crew chatting around Wyoming Yard 10:05am - how did this get from Flint to GR without being reported? lolz, just kidding

CSXT 4024 on D707 done at Lake Odessa, heading west - 10:08am
D80122 at Holland westbound, N95622 at Kirk eastbound, going for a meet at Wells - 10:24am.
D70722 west at Snow Rd nearing GR 10:34am, clouding up here in Holland

Y106 eastbound Madison Ave in GR and D70722 nearing Fox west - 10:41am
E945 doing airtests at Wyoming Yard, CSXT 5105 leading
E94521 pulling down to Grandville to clear out of the yard, going to block Ivanrest for a bit while maintainers ahead of them clear.
N95622 and D80122 east through Holland 12:02pm
N956 and E94521 going to meet at Hudsonville, E945 waiting on conductor to get back to the headend after EOT problems 12:09pm

At Wyoming, N956 pulling far enough east of Ivanrest to clear the crossing. The helpers cut their air in on the train and the headend power cut off and went to the house. Headend power is/was BNSF 6119 & 6388.

Missed seeing them by about 3 minutes but D707 was through Lake Odessa eastbound at 13:25.

N956 outbound crew has brought the power back out of the house and to the west end. They should be all done with tying back on shortly. The D801 crew has been waiting onboard the helpers this whole time.

Same way yesterdays N956 was not reported going east.

First thing I knew about E945 coming with CSX power (7812 was trailing behind 5105) was when Q334 went into the siding at Brighton to meet him at 23:00 last night. Q334 by the way, behind BNSF 7319 leading, was CSX 476-7577, power off the X100 well storage train. Q33522 this morning had 429+8099, repeat power from a few days ago, with 126 cars, one less car than the day before.

Q321 stopped at North Holly at 17:21. CN has the diamond.

Southbound CN mixed freight clears the diamond at ~17:30.

Q321 clear Holly Diamond at 17:34, CP 8841 & CP 8504.

Twofer in Holly. What a day to forget my camera!

Y297 just got done working Joe Brown. 2680 (?) in the lead. Has a tank car and boxcar along with it.
