As of 8:50am, D700 was heading west through Grandville. There's a loaded coal train at Grand Junction, and Q327 is on duty at 9:20am
Also heard the same info Bentrail did about Porter being out of service till noon.

Looks like W00105 got through the Porter mess, now at Michigan City. I'll be taking lunch outside if I can time it right to see them come through Holland (Geometry train)

Did CSX 319 and 584 bring a train with them or lite power?

W001 is sitting at Livingston waiting on D700 (who I believe is at Stevensville as I type this). He'll be heading east as soon as D700 gets by. Also, D700 is heading down to Sawyer after working Livingston to pick up one car (probably the coil car I saw on it the other day )

Tie Force gang went east out of Ensel this morning for Walbridge, to begin a tie project down that way somewhere. W030-04 with CSX 5880 for power. Should be a G439-31 grain empty coming for somebody. D708 made it Howell last night for the first time in a week.

GDLK was northbound near Leonard Ave at 11:08 with about 8 cars for GRE. GRE was out waiting just west of the diamond for GDLK. 24 already had 5 or 6 cars with it to go east.

Thanks for the heads up.. saw this, checked them again, and took off on lunch. Got out to the car, and they were already clearing Waverly. Was neck and neck with them through Holland, and got ahead of them for a shot around MP30. Nice clear skies with a few puffies, some color in the trees, fun chase. Heard Y121 coming back off the Hamilton branch approx 1:20pm, and said they'll talk to the dispatcher again tomorrow, so I'm guessing they are done for the day. Couldn't wait around all afternoon to take lunch for W001, so Q327 will have to do.

What was the "train" part of it? I saw it come down the Terminal at lunch but by time it hit Vickers it was running as lite power. Did it set something off somewhere?

21 cars I think, 17 flats loaded with the tie force machinery, two gons and two old equipment box cars at the end. Perhaps they set it off around Alexis somewhere. Am not sure exactly where the tie replacement is going to be other than near the Walbridge area.
