L303-04 @ 12:12 contacted Rouge Tower saying they need to spin their power since the 2nd engine is good as a Trailing engine only. They have CSX engines #5210 + #7504 from yesterday's M326-03 which had the #7504 as a rear dpu.

He’ll take Grand Junction siding mp CG54 & tie down.

He’s ready to depart & has work for Webberville mp CH68.4 & Fowlerville mp CH62 & will talk again after. Train is under a heat restriction for a max speed of 30mph.

R599-03 @ 15:13 westward reported his rear dpu BNSF engine #9020 has failed somewhere west of mp CG44.2 He had stated this engine may have to be moved by the next crew & placed behind the leader as "Dead In Tow". He was headed to Grand Jct siding mp CG54 to tie down.

L303-04 @ 15:48 heard calling Rouge Tower, he has been inside Grand Rapids this whole time. He'll be ready to depart in about 20 minutes.

R599-03 @ 15:50 advised the Dispatcher the BNSF #9020 is dead & they're going to move it & place it behind his leader. His new consist for the E800/E801 crew will be BNSF engines #8585 + #9020 & 130 empty coal cars.

Looks like they will meet L302 at Trowbridge, and also may have to wait at the CN crossing. CN has a westbound lined up, and the eastbound Amtrak is due soon.
