17:20 - E251 thru Harrison Rd. on M1 with 5680 and 2647 leading racks and manifest. They passed work crews on the ground who look to be replacing M2 at the station.
Explains the M1 running lately, though this seemed to only be for westbound trains. Any idea why they have the track ripped up over there?

Some time last night, a new HBD made its debut on the Flint sub in Olivet. 194.38 for M1 and 194.39 for M2. Roughly 15mi NE of Battle Creek and roughly 11mi SW of the still-active 205.2 on single track in Charlotte

Train 116 with an 8900 leading a 5700 and one container (not even double stacked) on the head end and then autoracks passed MP 22.5 at 12 pm.

Train NB 515 with 5423, eight boxcars (one being that pooled GTW blue one) and one covered hopper passed MP 22.5 at around 12:30 pm. Waiting for 251 and 350 to complete the early afternoon parade on the South Holly.

251 is rolling past MP 22.5 at 2:13 pm.

Amtrak 350 is posted on their Train Status sight as being stopped east of Battle Creek with "mechanical issues."

SB 513 with 4805 and five tanks and one box just passed MP 22.5 at 5:10 pm.

Looks like Amtrak 355 is trying to originate from Dearborn tonight instead of Pontiac as its counterpart 350 never made it this far today due to mechanical issues.

20:14 - Eastbound with 3807 and 3875 crawling thru Trowbridge. They would stop at Okemos on M2 to meet a westbound.
20:28 - Westbound with 2231 and 8847 thru Trowbridge on M1, lined to M2 at Cedar, both had manifest traffic. Lots of old BN/BNSF covered hoppers.
21:21 - Sounds like Amtrak is headed to Durand from East Lansing.

There seemed to have been an extra on the Holly last night. Around 7 pm a NB with one locomotive went past MP 22.5 with a couple autoracks then a long train as what I figured were empty well cars (can't see them in the ditch out back from the house).

508 went past around 9 pm.

10:27 - WB L501 with CN 2290/IC 2700 by the Charlotte Railfan Livestream YouTube cam. There was a block of 14 boxcars from the Chrysler Mount Clemens pool on the train in the middle.
