M327-08 @ 5:08 Job Briefing with RN Dispatcher in Grand Rapids, MI: CSX #3445 & mid CSX #3136 DPU (position 109th) with 199 cars (87 loads and 112 empties) @ 14,897 tons & 11,984 feet long. He’s building his train at this time. I would assume it’s a mid DPU somewhere placed deep in the train

M327-08 @ 5:08 Job Briefing with RN Dispatcher in Grand Rapids, MI: CSX #3445 & mid?/rear? CSX #3136 DPU with 203 cars (87 loads and 116 empties) @ 14,827 tons and 10,xxx ft long. He’s building his train at this time. I would assume it’s a mid DPU somewhere placed deep in the train

That was R597-08 & had to take Gross siding due to Grand Jct siding having a Track Light on since yesterday (there isn't a coal train tied down in Grand Jct) & Dispatch being unsure if the Track Light is being caused by a broken rail, or, a signal system issue. This Track Light is the reason why yesterday's R599-06 had tied down the empty coal train & CSX "Pusher" engines in Wells siding mp CG41.4 The empties departed later as E800-05.

M327-08: the tonnage is 14,897 & it's length is 11,984 feet.

He was waiting for Amtrak P371 to clear by & he'll probably take Kirk siding mp CG72.3 to clear up for M327 since Gross siding mp CG63.1 is occupied with an empty coal train R597-08 had set off there early this morning.

He has an issue with one of his cars & will set it off on #1 Track in Riverside mp CG80.1 Unknown what the issue is, he had no defects reported by the DD66.2 & no other calls were heard for an "anomality". Probably will hear more details once he's in Riverside where the scanner reception is better.

E801-08 @ 10:21 is at Riverside mp CG80.1 on Track #1 setting off a loaded coal car onto the spur track that was found to be the 59th car in his consist.

Y297 or Y290 @ 16:18 with CSX #6538 + CSX #2037 (back to back) working inside Wyoming Yard. Looks like they are backing up to a string of cars that isn’t visible to where I am sitting at. No visible view of CSX #6509

Also saw CSX #5206 and CSX #752 sitting by the Tower area that will be used for M327-09. These were M326-06’s power from Saturday

L301-08 @ 16:42:30 eastward Bangor, Mi Division St crossing mp CG60.93 live cam with CSX engines #8066 + #4003 & 6 cars (5 CH + 1 Box car). He's returning straight to Grand Rapids.

R598-08 @ 17:19 copied their EC1 to depart from the east end of Wells mp CG41.4 Pearl, Mi with CSX engines #3201 + #3293 & BNSF engine #6199 & & 130 loaded coal cars & rear dpu BNSF engine #6426 & head to the power plant in West Olive, Mi. This was C800-08 that had tied down there today. After he delivers the coal train he will return to Wells siding with the CSX power.

R598-08 @ 18:10 eastward Holland, Mi Depot mp CG25.3 with CSX engines #3201 + #3293 & BNSF engine #6199 & 130 loaded coal cars & rear dpu BNSF engine #6426. This was C800-08 that had tied down in Wells mp CG41.4 today. In about ½ mile he’ll diverge onto the west end of the Wye & onto the Fremont sub-division.

After he sets off the coal train in West Olive, he will return to Wells siding mp CG41.4 with CSX engines #3201 + #3293 as lite power & tie then down there.
