I rewound the Bangor cam for Q326 using 1080 picture quality at 1/4 speed & the help of a magnifying glass: at the 14:37:37 time mark, his engine number is right above the "Railroad Street" street sign & it's #8889. It's seen again at time mark 14:37:38 As the train is moving, even at 1/4 speed on playback, it does appear as being the #8839 but those 2 time marks give the best view.

I promise it's 8839. CSX 8889 hasn't been on the active roster in close to 10 years. It threw me off at first, too, if you pause the video in the right spots, it does look like 8889.

I'm going with your expertise, Jonathan :) Edits were made to my prior posts.

Is this really 5454 leading on this train and all previous reports of this train today? Since Feb. 26th, 5313 has been running with 5444. Also, regarding the power on Q326, saw these three units on the Deshler web cam yesterday heading towards Chicago and it was 8839 that was running with 7778 & 5448.

It is the #5444. I made a typo & just kept copying & pasting along the way.

L302-05 west out of Brighton around 18:27, L303-05 east calling clear for WE South Lyon at 18:29.
The DD at Green Oak reads 256 axles and 3,462 feet for L303, computing to 61 cars, nice job Bob.

For those west of me, L302 will be skipping work at Lansing this evening.
