Earlier talk was heard saying D700-09 will have either one or both UP #8318 / UP #5863.

D706-08 went east by Howell at 02:35 this morning. Didn't bother getting out of bed knowing what power it had it on it, and did not leave the scanner on at bed time either. As far as car count, the train was large for as long as it took it to pass by with what sounded like at track speed.
