This evenings power on the NB train from SSM, MI to SSM, Ontario was KCS 4843/CN 3814

Track Department and many pieces of equipment working South on the CN Holly Sub, now just North of Linden around the areas of Hogan Road and the detector at 56.2. Work includes tie replacement, new ballest, and surfacing. They have been storing all the equipment in the siding at Linden Road and my assumption is they will either be in or very close to Linden by Thursday August 26th.

GP38-2 9603 switching Neenah Paper in Munising. 3 box cars and 2 tank cars.

Pushing the 2 tank cars down the loop track on the Lake Superior side of the plant.

6pm and the crew is tieing down. Engine parked at end of track. 1 tank car and 3 box cars on the siding for return trip tomorrow.
