Check with the chatters on the cam itself. Some of those guys watch that cam constantly and will better be able to give you a more precise time than most will.

Looking at recent reports looks like, Q131 goes through around midnight every night at Fostoria (give or take a little), and Q132 goes by in the early morning 5-7/8am (give or take a little also)

Just as I suspected, Day #1 of CSX killing the Detroit trains or, running every day and going back to running 326 & 327 three days a week as well. V75819, first train of the day by Howell at 14:20. CSX 5389+3457 with 90 cars. Train going to Grand Ledge.
