Around 11:30 4626 (S) was sitting on the bridge over I-696 in Royal Oak with two box cars for/from Royal Oak Recycling

Circus Train is at Birmingham.

OK, the "Circus" will be over Sunday! I would love to catch the "Circus Train" on its departure south Monday, 11-16!!!! Does anyone know the approx time this train will depart Lake Orion? I have never caught this train and want to while there are still "Elephants Aboard!!!!"

IC 1010 (Deathstar paint) is parked in Flint Yard. Another engine was switching boxcars but couldn't make it out because of the darkness.

I will try to find this "Circus Train" tomorrow, 11-16! I know it will head south—but will it head west on the NS "Wabash" route through Romulus? Where will be its destination? This doesn't help: https://www.ringling.com/tickets-schedules/

An eastbound empty auto rack led by two up engines was going through linden, mi on the holly sub at about 6:40pm. Signals in linden again indicate another eastbound is on the way.

What appears to be L502 is eastbound on the holly sub approaching linden. Two Cn engines leading.

I, along with fellow friend Mark, went to go look for the "Circus Train" around 11:30 a.m. and they were not ready!!!! We saw passenger cars, those flat cars half way loaded! One of the "Clowns" said they wouldn't leave until somewhere between 5 and 8 p.m. We didn't stay!!!! I still have yet to see a "Circus Train" passing!!!!

I too wanted to see the circus train. I've only seen it once before and it was real late at night going through Birmingham. I spent a while cruising between Pontiac and Lake Orion today. I saw the flat cars being loaded up at the Giddings Road grade crossing. They were finished loading early this afternoon. Meanwhile, what I assume would be the power for the train sat in Pontiac all day (IC 1010 and CN 2004). As of 4:30 this afternoon, nothing had changed. I was really hoping this thing would get going during daylight hours...

Circus train departed from Orion a little after 10pm. It was slow going in Pontiac as they waited for other traffic to clear and runaround their train (flats were on the head end leaving Orion).

They were still in Pontiac when I left there at 12:30am.

After a night that was filled with unexpected decisions and perseverance, the circus cleared Royal Oak at 2:45am. In the mean time the CN was decently hot at Milwaukee Junction from 6:30pm to midnight, with 9 moves between the CN, Amtrak, and NS at the junction. With an exam at 9:30 this morning, waiting out the circus was not exactly the greatest decision but defiantly one I will remember

515, CN Painted 4916 went around the Sugarhouse Wye back to Pontiac with 18 cars while Amtrak 355 came by at 6.15pm.

391, CN 2832 & 2800 came by at 8.50pm.

533, CN 2108 went around the Sugarhouse to the Mt Clemens Sub around 10pm after a recrew.

384 waited for 533 to get ahead before radio blocking behind them.

270 came by Milwaukee Jct at 11.40pm with Union Pacific engines.

502 held at Chrysler before getting lined to Vinewood where they would meet Amtrak 354.

4626 working Johnson (Pontiac) Yard. Looks like its building the Pontiac-Detroit local. When I last looked it had 10-11 centerbeams, 1 50' CN box(standard height) and four tank cars (probably for Sterling Chemical but could be for the other place in Ferndale.
