Today in loveley Detroit, Mich heard the Detroit Connecting Railroad go North to the GTW around 1100. They came back south @ 1330. Spotted them switching the scrap yard @ 1430. Locmotive (A&B 836) facing South today.

I just got back from Grand Rapids i chased the 4433 from Judd Street to north of town i was at Newago today boy there is alot of grain on the ground there and i went by Breckenridge also, Ransom Rd elevator has two huge piles of grain stored on the ground. There is a loaded grain train at Paines waiting to be picked up. The 9712 is there to.

The DCON made their run to East Yard with 3 loaded scrap gondolas and 6 tanker today.

Lake State 1174 had finished working Peavey Grain in Carrollton just before 8PM tonight, they headed back to Saginaw Yard lite power, upon moving through Mershon it looked as if they had to hand-line the switch to take the transfer track from north off of the HESR line to east across the river into the yard, at the time of this Lake State had some track maintainers out there talking with the crew.

Z127 had 1177 and 1162 with a short train clearing Nott Rd SB (South of Bridgeport, along Blackmar Rd.) around 8:30PM. I set out in hopes to catch 9519 leading, but Lake State decided to throw some trains my way instead. By the sounds of it 9519, 3868, and 2661 should be on a NB coal train tonight, as I type this I hear 3867 coming into town with the 701.
