CN Updates 10-24 to 10-30

502 was coming thru Royal Oak about midnight. I was too far from the gates to get any of the engine numbers but there were 2 CN engines and an IC engine. They were stopping to work at Moterm. Also Amtrak 354 just came thru Royal Oak.

About 5:30 pm, I saw a single GTW engine heading north thru Royal Oak but I was not close enough to the tracks to catch the numbers on the engine.

That was 950 they went to East Yard with 12 cars around 3PM today. 502 is in Pontiac.

502 has the CN 2416 they are ready to go out of Pontiac they will be swapping with 489.

Amtrak 352 is at Royal Oak.

502 met Amtrak 352 at Royal Oak, now okay down to Milwaukee Junction.

CN 5757 is at East Yard, with an authority from Nolan to South Haven. They are waiting on Train 383, CN 2606 at Nolan.

383 also met a northbound with the CN 5709 leading at Haven.

489 has the IC 1030 leading.

A geep in CN colors knocked some rust off of the rails on the Orion Branch, taking a cut of empty gondolas up to Orion Yard at 16:45.

I caught that move last week. They run up to Orion to run around the cars for when they switch the Ferrous Yard on Collier Road.
