This is great news. If Boychuk and Barber ever got the controls of the company on their hands, NS would’ve fallen apart very quickly.
They did however give up three seats to Ancora investors, however, they do seem to have some sort of railroad experience (one of which was a higher up at KCS if I remember correctly)

I am just happy boychuck is not with a railroad after CSX "let him go" he was terrible with customer service and running trains that CSX ousted him. They are doing much better since he left. As for NS, yes this is a W that Ancora did not takeover the company, but still they won three seats and Shaw will still be feeling pressure from Wall Street. Not as bad as it could've been obviously.
