Found this channel a few weeks ago, this guy posts videos from the Erie, PA test track that GE/Wabtec/MPI uses to test new build locomotives, and more recently, rebuilt or remanufactured locomotives. Some of said new builds are export locomotives to other countries too! Definitely worth a look.
