NS Portage Bridge Nearing Completion

I ran into this article yesterday. It is quite interesting, and could spell NS using the old Erie Main (Southern Tier Line) to run freight on again outside of NJT peak times. I for one, would like to see this happen, since they only run locals on it for now. I also find it odd that there's MOW equipment in the Gang Mills Yard (Ties, Rail, self-unloading ballast, etc.) from what I've seen.
