WATERTOWN, Wis. —Authorities are evacuating residents of 35 homes in Watertown after a train carrying crude oil derailed Sunday afternoon.
A Canadian Pacific Railway spokesman said 10 train cars derailed from the tracks shortly after 2 p.m. at South Montgomery and West streets.
