KCS painting

I know that KCS locomotives are painted in Shreveport, LA by some other company. Does anyone happen to know what that company is? Thanks!

Metro East Industries? In East St. Louis do alot of KCS locomotive painting as well along with other railroad contract work for them and other railroads across North America.
My Wife says my first love is trains..anint that the truth! Lol :D
