Tragic rail related accident in Canada.

From the Windsor Star. A man was killed at a oil recycling center Friday. Located at Elmstead rd and the CP tracks. They use a tractor to move tank cars and somehow the became pinned and died..http://blogs.windsorstar.com/news/lakes ... nd-tractor

Some common sense could have saved a life. Using a 6 ton tractor to move 150 tons or more is a accident waiting to happen.
Old EMD’s are the gift that keeps on giving.
