Lots of Speculations as to what happened, but nothing just yet. 1 of my Engineer friends who works this route normally has heard that all crew members and people on board the train are ok. More details to follow later in the day.

Don't leave out the victims on the bus, that story reports 5 deaths because of the bus driver *apperently* running the gates. Sorry to read a story like this.. The train always wins.

The BBC is reporting that the bus driver drove thru the closed gates and into the side of the train. CBC is reporting that the bus drove thru the lowering gates and the train struck it. It's either one or the other folks! Based off the type of damage, it looks more like the bus slammed into the side of the train.
