Derailment on the C&O north of Fostoria?

Hearing on another site (trainorders) that there might be a derailment on the C&O mainline north of Fostoria. Q200 is being held at Godsend near Fostoria as there was a "Derailment on the Toledo Side".

Any confirmation?

From the other site H793 put one car on the ground. Minor.
