Are the SD60's being retired slated to become SD60E's? What about the GP50's, GP38-3's?

SD60's are to become SD60E's and the GP50's will either become RP-E4C Cab Slugs for use with GP40-2's or RP-M4C Cab Slugs for use with the GP59E units. The GP38-3 program has been on indefinite hold since 2007.
