Sounds like service is back up and running now.
Even a video included on the link.

We've had problems out there the past few days (as some of you know, I am the relief train director at Dock tower in newark, nj); Wednesday morning we had problems with Portal draw bridge not locking up which resulted in single tracking during the start of the rush (not good), Wednesday evening came into work train director and had wires down at Portal bridge which again resulted in single tracking (not fun), and then thursday morning after I left they lost power. Lucky for me, I got off my train in trenton at 7:50am and the power went off at 7:55am. Love my job, but I love it more when problems happen on someone else's shift. :-)
