RAW vs Jpeg for editting photos

Stumbled across the above video, and the first photo they edited happened to be a steam engine. Just interesting comparing some of the information within a jpeg vs RAW.

Yup. No reason to shoot jpg. Sure, your processing time is reduced with jpgs, but why give up all the information you can achieve with raw? I was the same with cassette tapes back in the 70s and 80s...always looking for the tape with the best recording quality. I can't help but apply that to photography as well. :)
