Video/ Sound editing?

Unread post by Ypsi »

not a picture but a question about how I could get a good sound bit out of this video:

I was wondering if there was a good program I could use to get the sound from this video and then if I can do that I was also wondering if there was a way to get the high pitched bell sound to go away... I've never tried annything like this and I was just wondering if I could do this and have an ever better recording of the "conrail sound". any info will be helpful, thanks in advance!

A trip to a few garage sales will solve your issue cheaply

Could that symptom be due to operator error?
