Copy Rights...
People who upload photos online might want to pay more attention to this site http://sterlingrail.com/classifieds/index.php they are using people's photos without there permission just found another one of my photos on there. The photos where they got my photos were copy righted but seems they don't care. There is also a picture of LSRC Alco's and GMTX 2648 on the MQT.

None of mine were stolen. Hard to prove that it's the same photo when it's just a thumbnail.
I do find it interesting that there are Alcos listed in the 'WANTED' catagory...right after the Lake State scrapped theirs.

This is why you register your photos with the copyright office. Not hard to to and you can do a huge batch at once for one fee.
Just because your name is on them and the copyright symbol is on it, DOES NOT mean it is legally copyrighted. If you ever had to go to court, it wouldn't hold up.
