Unlevel rejects
Any idea's? In both photos i have the top of the locomotive level... I would think you would rather have the engine level then the background but what do i know.

Re: Unlevel rejects
Hello,
The Norfolk Southern photo is leaning to the left. The train must have been on a super-elevated curve. I'd say level it off of the bridge pillar in the middle.
As for the CSX, the locomotive looks level, but the bricks on the building do not. Was the train actually leaning?

Steven,
As for the NS photo, the locomotive (not the photo) is off vertically by a hair. I think it looks fine, the idiots at RP must be drunk again. This horizon won't be level...it's in THE MOUNTAINS..DUH?

Brandon the CSX engine was actually leaning quite badly, as it is on a curve at the shops in Altoona. Thanks for you thoughts Brandon and Mike.

Re: Unlevel rejects
Steven the stack train is leaning to the left level off the middle of the stack train. The CSX you can clearly see the shop building is leaning to the right. Level off the building.

The NS is also blurry and needs some sharpening especially in the numberboards as well as the tree line on the left.
The CSX Genset needs some CCW Rotation.

NS picture looks way oversharpened.

Re: Unlevel rejects
Thanks Matt i will level the stack train and the building, James those are some funky homemade # boards that's why they are soft and Jon i agree over sharpened.
Re: Unlevel rejects
It doesn't take an idiot to see that the bridge support and the signal bridge in the background are quite unlevel in that photo. Simple fix.conrailmike wrote:Steven,

Too much use of the clarity tool, too...
