Looks overall hazy, like high sun time. Guessing it is based on when you've said you've been out fanning..starting the day late and ending early... during this time of year, if i have a day off(hahahha), fan in the morning, stop from 10-3pm, then shoot till sunset. Cropping is also bad, train is in the middle of the frame vertically. Was the train even moving? Doesn't look like it's lights are on.

High sun, underexposed, bad cropping, unlevel, hazy. Just a common 3/4 wedgie that has major problems.

High sun, unlevel, and poor cropping if you ask me.
