Picasa 3 Re-Sizing Question

I am starting to use Picasa 3... for now, for editing. I tryed uploading a picture to RP but it said "Photo width is under the minimum 800 pixels." Does anyone know what I should do so I can re-size these pictures so that I can upload them to RP?

My suggestion would be to edit at 1024X683 for horizontals and 600X800 for vertical shots. I use those dimensions for most of my photos and is what RP seems to like the most also.
