Go the the gallery and click on Upload File.

Can I upload directly from my computer, or do I need to first upload the images to a file sharing Website?

Toolman, you can upload the photo to the photo gallery here, or you can upload as an attachment to a post here on the thread so that it's directly sent in. See this post: viewtopic.php?t=30220
