Re: Bad color
Except for the fact that iv'e changed the saturation levels 3 times and they continue to give me that 1 reason.Norm wrote:Should be self explanatory.
Re: Bad color
My work monitor sucks for evaluating pictures but it looks way to reddish - look at the snow, etc... (there's your bad color) I'll check again later at home when I can look at it better.

What did you use as a lighting source?
Looks like the light is concentrated at one spot and not even across the shot. Over exposed aswell.

Mark it Zero.
Re: Bad color
You need to change more than that. It's not just the saturation, it's the color and exposure. As already mentioned, it's overexposed. The locomotive looks way too bright and the blue doesn't look correct. The sky also has a lot of noise in it.nssd70m-2 wrote:Except for the fact that iv'e changed the saturation levels 3 times and they continue to give me that 1 reason.Norm wrote:Should be self explanatory.
The color is bad because it's way too orange/red.

Re: Bad color
A tale of two different color temperatures. If you make the scene white balance correct, the middle snow goes blue. If the middle is left correct, then the rest of the shot is off. It's gonna take some work in PS to get the entire scene correct. After you fix the white balance issues, then you can address the exposure, contrast, noise, etc.
