The pieces are lined up neat, which gives it a staged feel that detracts from the scene. The snow is also a bit hot.

I could see them objecting to the way the parts are lined up. It could be inferred that Aaron lined them up for the photo and they don't want to be seen as promoting interference with an investigation.
