Got this rejected twice for bad contrast now. Need some help here.

I had some snow shot rejects last week, I finally gave up on them. Most were contrast rejects or image to dark. Not sure how to fix it.

The NS black should be black, the NS white stripes and snow should be white. All are tinted gray in the shot. You need a big increase in contrast (+20 or more I'm guessing, since I'm here at work, and only have MS photo manager), and then you may need to bring the high end levels down a bit to keep the snow from blowing out.
