Cropping just wondering

Cropping just wondering

Below are basically the same pictures. My question is should I go farther to the right? If I do there is a Telephone pole issue. Or is it a matter of top or bottom or both? After looking at both pictures a bit more closely I will probably get a reject for lighting or pixilation so my question is a more of a What if as

Probably not gunna get the last one on. Nice photo but it would probably end up with a PEQ no matter what way you shake it.

To much dead space on the left.
