Underexposed Help

By eye and histogram it's too dark, so you need to brighten the shot up some to address the rejection. I could see more rejections coming next time for the sun angle, cropping, and / or the way the train is cutoff.

Yes, I would say Loyd is correct. To start with, Just bump up the expossure but don't blow it out.
Mark it Zero.
