how should i lvl?

The fence doesn't look level period, I would level off the water tower. It may need a bit of wide angle distortion correction to help ya out.

I wish they wouldn't have moved it. I'm so glad I got a shot of it with a passing train before they F'd up a good piece of railroad history.
