A Lot of Bad Cropping

This is my first time posting on here, but I thought I'd give it try!
I uploaded three photos to RP tonight and each one got bad cropping!
Any thoughts on what I should do?

First photo more off the top, and if you have one with the entire building in the bottom of the photo inclued the whole building.

Second one cut a inch or so off the top.

Third one again too much at the top. Should also have led the plain go just a few feet farther to the right or snapped the photo a second sooner, so that the tree on the cab of the second unit was on the boxcar instead of the cab.

All three need a color correction or are over exposed. They look just a little two washed out.

Those are some neet photos. Must be nice to have acess to a plane.

Thanks for the suggestions, but I think I'll save these for my personal enjoyment! I might be going on a glider ride on Saturday (if the weather permits), so maybe I'll do better then. If anybody will be in Marion, just look up, I might be up there!
